I am SO glad you are here. I have created this space to share my art and creativity, but mostly I want to learn from you. I love getting inspired by others and learning new tips and tricks from other artists. I hope this space will help you grow in your creativity journey or help you start your journey.
My journey
I grew up with a mother who was always crafting. I only liked art classes in school and was lucky to take private art lessons for a few years. I have my associate’s degree in Graphic Design. I started scrapbooking in 2004 when I wanted to document my wedding photos. In the last few years, I have found the art of Junk Journaling and love that it incorporates my love for scrapbooking, mixed media, and vintage items. I decided about a year ago that I wanted to create kits and help people learn the art of junk journaling. I am a planner girl and love organizing anything and everything! Cleaning is not so much, but my spaces are always nice and tidy.
This is where you come into my story
I want to help you learn to junk journal if you are new, or inspire if you are a junk journal expert. I hope we can create a space together where we can create and plan together. Follow along while I teach you junk journal techniques, planning ideas, and organizing tips that I use to keep my craft room and home tidy and organized. I want us to become friends and learn and grow from each other.
What I will give you
I love the vintage look to the bold, bright colors of junk journals. I will share both of my styles so you will have inspiration no matter what your style is. I will be sharing products to help you create your own junk journals, tips, tutorials, techniques, organizing ideas, and challenges.
